Welcome to Specstech Solution LLC. By subscribing to or using our Internet, TV, or other services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement").

1. Service Description

Specstech Solution provides fiber-optic internet and related digital services. Speeds advertised are "up to" speeds and may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and other factors. We strive to provide consistent and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

2. Billing and Payment

  • Billing Cycle: Services are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Late fees may apply to overdue accounts.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices and fees with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal, abusive, or excessive purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copyright infringement or piracy.
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or phishing scams.
  • Interfering with the network integrity or security of other users.
  • Running public servers that create excessive bandwidth load (unless on a specific business plan).

Violation of the AUP may result in suspension or termination of your service.

4. Equipment

Equipment provided by Specstech Solution (such as ONTs, routers, or set-top boxes) remains the property of Specstech Solution unless purchased outright. You agree to return all leased equipment in good working condition upon cancellation of service. Failure to do so may result in an unreturned equipment fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Specstech Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

6. Termination

You may terminate your service at any time by contacting customer support. If you are on a contract plan, early termination fees may apply. Specstech Solution reserves the right to terminate service for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
